Kylie Venom (Overwatch OC)

Tada! XD Idk.... I did't sleep at all last night... literally... I stayed up all night....I'm so tired.... buttttttt anyway!! This is Kylie Venom! she is my Overwatch OC! 

As you can see her main weapon is a whip, but she also has a handgun that she can use as well.

Her special ability is that she can thrash her whip onto the ground, sending out a wave of special electricity, temporarily making any enemies suits in the area malfunction. (Which means they can't use any of their abilities for a shot time)

Her other abilities include wrapping her whip around a nearby person and shocking them with it, and the ability to run faster for a short time. (Like soldier 76)

Personality: she may look tough and slightly mean but she's actually a very sensitive and sweet person, once you get to know her. She is very cocky and likes to show off quite a bit, which can be a big disadvantage when she is in battle and can often get her into trouble.

Relations to Overwatch members: She is Soldier 76's niece.

Allies/friends: Tracer and Genji. Tracer treats her like a little sister, which doesn't really bother her. And she thinks of Genji as her mentor/teacher whom she can look up to for help and guidance.
